Before sending AI-written SEO content to clients, do you run a manual “fact check” pass?

Wait 5 sec.

I’ve been experimenting with AI-assisted blog writing for SEO projects recently and one thing keeps bothering me. AI speeds up drafting a lot, but before delivering to a client I always feel the need to manually check things like: • Random statistics • Unverified claims • Generic AI-sounding sections • Possible hallucinated references A single fake stat in client content can damage trust faster than any ranking improvement. Right now my workflow is basically: Generate draft Manually check facts Rewrite parts that feel “AI-ish” Deliver But this process is slow. So I started building a small tool that scans content before delivery and flags: • risky claims • possible hallucinated stats • repetitive AI patterns I’m curious how other SEO freelancers handle this stage. Do you rely purely on manual checks, or do you use any tools? Would love feedback on whether this kind of workflow tool would actually be useful. submitted by /u/Full_Helicopter5987 [link] [comments]
