I'm not your babe, asshole. I don't care what you think. She literally specified the brands for cheeses that people liked to eat. If she didn't want dog treats, she doesn't seem like she'd be shy saying no dog treats. I don't care why you think the poors should be calorie restricted to what a nutritionist thinks is best for them. You clearly have never known anyone with ARFID. You also seem to think every adult she is asking for has gastropareisis. She said she can't use her SNAP for things like soda. So as far as you know, she is using it for nutritious foods. These are primarily treats she's asking for. You have no idea what other resources she has for the dog. She might be using her disability benefits for the dog food but can't justify it for the treats. I understand what this sub is about. I also understand she could have asked much nicer. Normally, I see things like I want a party bus for my church or my kids want iPads. This is for food. I consider myself fortunate to have taken people like her shopping for food. They're grateful but it's not the point. If I'm blessed enough to have the extra cash, I'm the lucky one. I don't need them to prostrate themselves for my benefit. We have government officials telling people to eat chicken, a piece of brocolli and one other thing or organ meats like liver. I'm beginning to understand why they think it's okay to talk to Americans that way because, holy fuck, look at how we are with each other. To them, we are no different than her. How dare we complain about wanting jam without strawberries? If the poors were really hungry they'd eat their liver, piece of broccoli and stfu.
