It is a harder judgement due to heavy selling at 13. hype valuation caused price to move too quickly above, but with current news it will likely be re-evaluated by institutions and trade higher depending if shares are being held onto for multiyear. however, since price moved from 5$ to 13$, it may be unlikely unless more institutional involvement takes place...given that VG is 99% owned by institutions, it wont take many others to join in on the fun if it is evaluated for even higher prices.
