After almost 4 years, this is the first time I spent more than just a few hours in SWK and I wonder if this is just me, or if things have gone southward, during these years: Taxi drivers hooting every 10 metres, driving like madmen, People begging everywhere, even on non-touristic, guarded premises or inside shops (Cymot and Shoprite, in my case), "Ladies of the Night" all around CBD, after dusk, following me even after polite refusal.
