I have samsung j5 prime sm-g570f and there is no os installed on it. It is stuck on the black screen after samsung logo.To enter download mode when the warning screen pops neither volume buttons work. And in the system recovery mode dm-verity verification failed error is showing. I can't even wipe data or cache using recovery.Please guide me to restore its stock rom.
