A 21-year-old woman is in critical condition after a suspected hit-and-run on the NSW Mid-North Coast. A 17-year-old boy has been charged with multiple offences, including failing to stop and assist, and causing grievous bodily harm. He was refused bail and will appear in children's court. Police are seeking public assistance.
