I don’t care what anyone else thinks, we have to do what’s best for Max Dowman and if that means not going in front of the cameras [then so be it].“There might be situations where it might not be his choice like in a massive game for example, the final on Sunday that he does something brilliant and they interview him but that won’t bother him.“He’s only 16, you don’t care when you’re that age, the world is your oyster.“There’s gonna come times that he’s not playing very well and he’s gonna have battles to get back to the level he can be at but this is where we just have to enjoy him.“He had an iconic moment on Saturday, no Arsenal fan will ever forget that. I think even neutral fans will never forget, so he’s already got himself in the clubs history.”The teenager will be in contention for the Carabao Cup final this weekend against Man City and will be hoping to add his name to the scoresheet once again.Whenever a young player starts to contribute at a senior level, questions naturally arise regarding how quickly he should be integrated into the starting line-up.There is strong competition for places with the Gunners squad but for players like Odegaard and Bukayo Saka, they will need to maintain fitness and consistency to retain their roles in the team.On Inside Gooners, Harry Symeou wrapped up the section by asking both Grooves and Deluded Gooner ‘is he a starter for next season.’Which they simply replied with ‘yes.’Arsenal will be in preparations for securing their first trophy this season as they celebrate reaching the quarter-finals in the Champions League for the third season in a row.
