If you can't afford it, you can't have it. Seems pretty straightforward to me. Pay or offer to swap with something equal in value. Although it's not fair that some people have a disability through no fault of their own, to which I am sympathetic, unfortunately the world doesn't owe anyone anything. People's work is worth money.
