Someone I'd consider to be a trusted authority suggested that there was a breakthrough in 2025 to unlock bootloaders on all previous Samsung Galaxy S# models that had been locked, including the AT&T (et.al.) Samsung Galaxy S4 SGH-i337. I can't find any evidence of any development past Safestrap and other workarounds from 2014/2015/2016.
