The Russian oil tanker Aqua Titan is now set to dock at New Mangalore port on March 21. The vessel was chartered by Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Limited. It is carrying crude oil from Russia. This development comes as India increases its oil purchases from Moscow. The tanker was initially reported to be heading to China.
