We are in a global Uranium Megatrend that originated in mid-2021. 2. Price is currently in its 3rd accumulation zone (Zone 1: , Zone 2: , Zone 3: ). 3. The market has left uncollected liquidity in the range, which serves as a primary target for a corrective move. 4. For this corrective to come in play, price must close below the support zone. 5. The probability for this outcome increases as we see sellers pressure since Feb. 28 (price is setting lower highs). # - - - - - Conclusion: 1. I see 2 possible targets for the short movement: The imbalance zone in range as well as technical support at psychological $5000. 2. The deeper targets are not taken into account yet and might be calculated if the market sentiments gets bad. For that case is the zone the price might target to find the bottom. 3. In order to keep Risk/Reward Ratio affordable, the Stop-Loss has to be set above the liquidity pockets from 11. and 12 March. 4. But the short scenario will be finally invalidated after price closes above $7700.
