NVDA Sitting on Support — Next Move MattersNVIDIA CorporationNASDAQ:NVDABullBearInsightsThis is one of those spots where traders get chopped up. It looks weak…
but it’s not as simple as “just short it.” 1H Context (Bigger Picture) On the 1H, NVDA has clearly shifted into a downtrend: * Lower highs are forming consistently * The rejection near 188 stands out * Price is now pressing into the lower range * Sellers are still in control overall So yes, the bigger picture leans bearish. But here’s the part people miss —
we’re no longer at the breakdown area. We’re sitting near support. That changes how I approach it. 15M Structure (What’s happening now) On the 15M, the story becomes clearer: * The breakdown already happened earlier * Price pushed down into the 180 zone * Momentum slowed after the drop * Candles are getting tighter, less aggressive This usually means one thing: The easy part of the move is already gone. Now it becomes a decision zone, not a chase zone. GEX Levels (Where reactions happen) Looking at your GEX: * 200 area = strong resistance / call wall above * 180 = current pivot zone * 175–170 = downside support levels So right now price is: * Sitting around a key level * Not at resistance * Not at clean breakdown This is the middle of decision-making. And that’s where most traders force trades. Trade Plan If this breaks lower cleanly I only want puts if price can stay below 179–180 Then I’m looking at: * 177 * 175 * possibly 170 if momentum picks up If price pops back above 181–182, that breakdown idea weakens. If this holds and pushes up If buyers step in here and defend the level: Upside targets: * 183 * 185 * then 188 if momentum builds But I treat this as a reaction first, not a full trend shift. What I’m avoiding No chasing after the move already happened
No entries in the middle without confirmation This is exactly where traders feel confident…
and then get stuck How I read this 1H tells me sellers still control direction
15M tells me momentum slowed
GEX tells me we’re sitting at a reaction zone Put those together and it’s simple: This is not a clean entry spot
This is a wait-and-react spot My take NVDA still leans bearish overall. But right here, I’m not forcing anything. I want to see: * a clean breakdown
or * a clear bounce Anything in between is just noise.
