Himachal Pradesh's higher regions saw fresh snowfall on Monday morning. This caused over a thousand vehicles to get stranded near the Atal Tunnel. Authorities are working to move them. Many areas experienced a significant drop in minimum temperatures. The state has also received rain in some parts.
