KC Ang has resigned as president and head of Tata Semiconductor Manufacturing, citing personal reasons. A veteran with decades in the chip industry, Ang had led Tata Electronics’ foundry operations. The company says it has a strong leadership team to continue its major semiconductor projects in Gujarat and Assam.
