Yes, the Fed is cutting rates, but that doesn’t necessarily mean we’re heading into a bull market. The AI bubble is hard to ignore. As MB said, many AI companies are just circulating money among themselves without creating real value, yet their stocks keep skyrocketing. So it may be time for a broader reevaluation. Now, let’s look at some fundamentals. Nonfarm payrolls are really weak, and the employment rate looks bad. So what makes you think the market still has room to move higher instead of falling freely? I believe this is just the beginning of a downturn. There could be a long way down from here, so it might be best to let it fall. When prices become cheap enough, we can look to buy the dip. Now let’s assess actual market interest. Since the end of 2025, the Nasdaq has shown little buying interest. Sellers are taking control, forming lower highs and lower lows.
