Two habitual offenders were arrested by the Miyapur police for breaking into a wine shop and stealing cash earlier this month.The accused were identified as 34-year-old Maddala Srinivasa Rao, a driver with ride hailing platform, and 22-year-old Akash Kumar, a mason.
