Afghanistan has accused Pakistan of carrying out an airstrike on a hospital for drug users in Kabul late Monday, claiming at least 400 people were killed and around 250 injured. Afghan officials said the strike destroyed large parts of the 2,000-bed facility, while rescue teams searched the rubble and tried to control fires.
