According to Article 23 in the Articles of Association, the AGM is led by a Chairman appointed by the Supervisory Board. And we have asked attorney at law, Anders Stubbe Arndal, to be the Chairman of the AGM. But before passing the floor to Anders, I would like to introduce the people with me on the podium. Next to me, we have the Chairman of the AGM, Anders Stubbe Arndal, then our Group CEO, Jacob Aarup-Andersen; with CFO, Ulrica Fearn and the Vice Chairman of the Board, Majken Schultz.My name is Henrik Poulsen, and I'm the Chairman of the Board. The other members of the Board are all present here today, and they are Magdi Batato, Lilian Fossum Biner, Jens Hjorth, Bob Kunze-Concewitz, Punita Lal and Winnie Ma.
