I built a steam giveaway platform - looking for honest feedbacks

Wait 5 sec.

I've been working on SteamDrops (steamdrops.net) for a while now. Last month project started being in open beta and over 750 users joined the site and over 200 giveaways have been given. The idea is simple: you earn points passively over time just by being a member. Use those points to enter giveaways for Steam games. No purchases, no surveys, no nonsense. A TL;DR version of features Points generate automatically - log in, earn points, enter giveaways. That's it Keys verification - winners must confirm if the key worked or not, which keeps creators accountable Public transparency report - all bans are public with reasons. Full transparency report for how the site works. Region-aware -giveaway creators can restrict giveaways by region, so keys actually work for winners Level system - the more you give away, the higher your level and the more slots you unlock to create giveaways No password, no email, no IP log - I believe that users deserve a privacy. Giveaway keys are encrypted (AES-256) - all giveaway keys are encrypted in database and the decryptor is stored on the server, not in database, in case of database leak nothing would be exposed. And much more you can read on Transparency Report and Privacy Policy. What I'd genuinely love feedback on: First impression - does the homepage make it obvious what the site does? Design - does the design feel simple enough without too much cluttering? Navigation - could you find your way around without getting lost? Anything broken or confusing - anything at all which feels off Big thanks to anyone who has few minutes of time to provide feedback. submitted by /u/-git [link] [comments]
