There's plenty we could do to lessen that, starting with stronger rules for welfare recipients including NOT giving them more money every time they pop out another kid. None of us who work for our livings got automatic raises every time we chose to have a child - so the people who leech off the system our taxes pay for shouldn't either. They should have to make do with what they already have or find a way to earn money to supplement their income themselves, same as the rest of us.
