The Atlantic basin is facing two dangerous tropical systems — Hurricane Humberto, an extremely powerful Category 4 storm churning near Bermuda, and Tropical Depression Nine, which is gaining strength over the Bahamas and is expected to become Tropical Storm Imelda later today.
