The premier ensemble enthralled the audience with a wide repertoire ranging from military tunes to Bollywood numbers.Lieutenant General Devendra Sharma, PVSM, AVSM, SM, General Officer Commanding-in-Chief, ARTRAC, felicitated the band after the performance.Lt Gen Sharma flagged off a “Run for Excellence”, covering a 3-km uphill stretch from the Indian Institute of Advanced Studies to the Ridge, and drawing enthusiastic participation from troops, families and children. The run concluded with a Zumba session.Addressing the participants, the Army Commander underlined the importance of fitness in the digital age and reiterated ARTRAC’s commitment to the “Fit India” initiative.
