The shooter was shot and killed by local law enforcement, including an armed DNR agent, and was killed in the exchange of fire with officers. The police chief has confirmed that the 10 gunshot victims were transported to local hospitals and that one of the victims has died from his injuries by the gunman.Investigators believe the 40-year-old man from Burton acted alone, armed with an assault rifle.
