Oblivion Remastered's physical Deluxe Edition is available to preorder now for only $40 at Amazon and GameStop. Unless it's a pricing error, the physical edition for PS5 and Xbox Series costs $10 less than the standard digital edition and $20 less than the Digital Deluxe Edition.
