I don’t think he knows very much about the world outside of the Americas, or probably inside either. He’s just naming countries he’s heard of, or possibly nationalities often pictured stereotypically as blonde and busty (or you know, Apache.. Apache is good too, as long as she’s blonde, red haired but also brunette is ok. But no black hair)
