This is a patched MiFlash that can EDL flash Xiaomi SD 870 (and many more) devices. I have tested it on my Poco F3. Does not require login or even internet.Extract the folder and run the XiaoMiFlash.exe. When you click "flash" it will at first show the usual "only nop and sig tag..." error.
