By: Express News ServiceVadodara | Updated: September 28, 2025 03:13 AM IST 2 min readThe Ambassadors of the 11 countries expressed interest in the industrial visits to Anand during their visit to Gujarat to participate in the three-day Ayush Expo IndiaAmbassadors of 11 countries from Latin America and North Africa were in Anand district on Saturday to visit the Amul plant as well as Ray Nano Science & Research Centre, a Nano Fertilizer company, which also boasts of a distinct patented technology in the field, at its Mogar plant.The Ambassadors of the 11 countries expressed interest in the industrial visits to Anand during their visit to Gujarat to participate in the three-day Ayush Expo India at Ahmedabad’s Vigyan Bhavan from September 26 to 28.The Ambassadors included Mariano Agustín Caucino of Argentina, Dr Albdenor Khelifi of Algeria, Arlette Gabriela Bustamante Garcia of Bolivia, Juan Angulo of Chile, Juan Carlos Marsán of Cuba, Echeverri Jaramillo of Colombia, Fernando Xavier Bucheli Vargas of Ecuador, Fleming Raul Duarte Ramos of Paraguay, Arunkoemar Hardien of Suriname, Alberto Guani of Uruguay, and Capaya Rodriguez Gonzalez of Venezuela.BJP Anand Lok Sabha MP Mitesh Patel said that the ambassadors had keen interest in visiting the nano fertiliser company to understand the technology. Patel said, “We had organised their visit to the Amul plant in Anand and the nano-fertiliser plant in Mogar as a few of these countries have keen interest in the technology of nano fertilisers. Their visit is significant for Anand district.”Ray Nano Science, which is recognised for its breakthrough innovations in sustainable agriculture, showcased its advanced manufacturing and R&D ecosystem to the visiting dignitaries, the company said.Siddhartha Doshi, Chief Executive Officer of Ray Nano Science, who delivered a presentation on the company’s unique green technology and the transformative benefits of Nano Fertilizers, also give the delegation a guided tour of the cutting-edge plant and research facilities, allowing the dignitaries to “witness first-hand how India’s pioneering nano fertilizer innovation is shaping the future of agriculture worldwide.”Doshi said, “Offering higher nutrient-use efficiency, reduced subsidies, and lower environmental impact, nano fertilizers have emerged as a vital tool in sustainable agriculture.
