Or donating $100 and they immediately contact the donor asking for $300 more. I've had something similar happen in the past with that, too, and it's very galling. The person saw nothing wrong with it. I tried to gently tell them how that would come across. (As they'd also done a podcast later in which they trash talked someone else, who had asked them a question. I thought maybe it was a lost in translation or cultural misunderstanding so I was trying to gently tell them how that type of thing looks.) They became furious and ranted until I had to block them. A simple you're welcome or silence would've done fine.
