In the video, which has by now accumulated over four million views, the woman claimed that the CRPF jawan pretended to be on a phone call while taking her photos. The viral Reel shows Khan calling him out, asking him to delete the photos. “Hata diya, wo automatic laga hua tha” (I’ve removed the photos; it was an automatic feature), said the man, who can be seen wearing a CRPF ID card around his neck. Sharing the details about the incident, Khan wrote, “On the morning of the 16th Sept , 2025 at Delhi Airport ( Terminal 1), I had a deeply disturbing experience. A man kept clicking pictures of me while pretending to be on a phone call. When I confronted him, he kept denying it — until I asked to see his phone. He had the photos. He had pictures of my legs.”“The most shocking part? He was a CRPF personnel — someone who is supposed to ensure our safety. If a woman isn’t safe inside an airport, under surveillance, surrounded by authorities, and in the presence of armed security, where is she supposed to feel safe?” Khan wrote.Questioning women’s safety in India, Khan wrote, “Women’s safety in India has become a cruel joke. And when those tasked with protecting us violate that trust, it’s more than just misconduct — it’s betrayal.”Watch here: View this post on Instagram A post shared by Aayesha Khan (@justbeingaayesha)Also Read | Woman struggles in Bihar 2AC train as ‘ticketless’ passengers flood coach: ‘Bihariyon ke liye jitne bhi stereotypes bani hai na…’The video quickly went viral, igniting a heated debate. While a section of users praised Khan for standing up to the man, others criticised her for posting his photos on social media. “Then these “men” blame the world for being lonely. Majority comments do not understand the concept of consent. Intent is personal, impact is not. I want to ask the so called “men” making comments under your post one simple question- “What if it was your wife or a female in your life being photographed without consent?” would you react the same way? Please think,” a user wrote.“Proud of you to stand up for yourself,” another user commented. “What’s the problem …..you are already posting your pictures on social media ….everybody is watching it,” a third user reacted. “All women should do this and not keep quite. Keeping quiet just fuels these guys from doing it again,” a fourth user said.© IE Online Media Services Pvt LtdTags:CRPFsocial media virals
