God, some people ruin truly nice things for everybody. I'm sorry that happened to you, and proud of you for making it happen as long as it lasted. People shouldn't be bringing their kids into the bar on the regular, in my opinion. Places where adults go to drink aren't the best places for kids in general, and any adult who has a kid or kids should be focusing on spending most of their free time with their kids, not drinking in the bar every day.
