Themes such as ‘Don’t Miss a Beat – Care for Your Heart’, ‘Healthy Heart, Happy Life’, and ‘My Heart, My Responsibility’ inspired the young artists to blend awareness with artistry.Renowned artist K. Padmavathi, who judged the competition, commended the children for their originality. “Every painting had a story to tell,” she said, before announcing winners across the junior and senior categories.Students from various schools across twin cities participating in the painting competition organised by Apollo Hospitals, in collaboration with The Hindu in School at the Apollo Institute of Medical Sciences and Research on the occasion of World Heart Day, in Hyderabad on Monday. | Photo Credit: RAMAKRISHNA G.In the junior category, the top three prizes went to Syeda Amara Fathima (Madina Public School), Khyati Sharma (Prabhu Reddy Public School) and Amuktha Sai (Global Indian International School). Consolation prizes were awarded to students from St. Patrick’s High School, Kennedy High - The Global School, Jubilee Hills Public School, and Global Indian International School.In the senior category, Sreshta Kamalapuram (Kennedy High – The Global School) secured the top position, while Namuduri Anvita (Global Indian International School) and Varnikha K (Birla Open Minds International School) won the second and third prizes. Consolation prizes were given to students from Lead India Bharat Ratna School, DDMS AMS P.
