The retailer had been sold out of preorders for about a month, so it's very possible the 421-piece set will disappear again. Outside of Amazon, the only other major retailer with stock available is Walmart--though Walmart still lists the $60 display model with its original release date. As of September 26, preorders are sold out at Target, Best Buy, GameStop, and the Lego Store. The brick-built Game Boy is almost exactly the same size as the handheld that quickly became a worldwide sensation when it hit store shelves in Japan and North America in 1989.
