Two 17-year-old Dutch boys have been detained on suspicion of conducting espionage for a Russian intelligence service, in what officials stated as a “unique case” in the Netherlands. The teenagers have allegedly carried out hacking activities in The Hague, moving past Europol, Eurojust, and the Canadian embassy with a “wifi-sniffer” and were reportedly hired through Telegram.
