Everyone is bearish I'm sure, based on the rumor of a government shutdown, however the 4hr chart is showing a bullish V pattern . Huh! Here are the numbers to watch ; Break out area is 6693.4. A hourly and 4hourly close above marks a confirmation of the pattern. Target is at 6741.3 area. If for any reason price breaks down below 6613 area bears would flood in and change the tide direction.
