After issuing an apology for strikes in Gulf countries, Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian said that Iran views the Gulf states as “brothers," but stressed that Tehran would respond if its territory is attacked.“The enemy did not correctly understand my remarks," Pezeshkian said. “It is trying to create conflict between us and our neighbors."He added that Iran “has not surrendered to pressure and will not do so," and called on the public to show understanding in light of the current situation.
