What I am going to say, I am saying regarding MY dog. I don’t necessarily recommend for other people to do this. I have one 110 pound dog. I refill his dog bowl every 3-4 days which means he eats what I eat. In the morning he will have healthy oatmeal with apples or bananas and some peanut butter or a fruit smoothie. We have a wide range of choices for dinner that he will eat such as: a chicken or turkey salad with VERY light salad dressing, tomato and vegetable soup, taco salad but with the healthiest and freshest ingredients and spaghetti with homemade tomato sauce to name a few. I also juice some fruits and vegetables to drink which I share with him. His dog bowl is basically just his snack bowl. A few years ago, I started cooking and eating healthy, kept at it and included him in it. Anyone who meets him says how shiny his coat is. His vet even said to keep doing what I’m doing as all his yearly blood work comes back good.
