In addition to that, the smuggler had three bundles of marijuana weighing around 145 pounds.The smuggler, driving a white Ford Escape, was eventually forced to stop when the DPS trooper used a PIT maneuver. After the vehicle came to a stop, numerous people fled on foot.The driver, Anna Lilia Arriaga, and her passenger, Dilon Butler, both from Texas, were arrested for evading arrest, smuggling illegal aliens, and possession of marijuana.
