Two powerful patterns are converging on the same breakout level. 1. Rounding Bottom (2022–2026) Price carved a textbook cup formation spanning nearly four years. It bottomed around $8.50 in late 2022, and the right side of the cup has been steadily grinding higher through 2025 and into 2026. The lip of the cup sits at ~$30.50, and that is the level that needs to break. 2. Ascending Triangle Nested inside the rounding bottom, a giant ascending triangle is forming. Flat resistance holds at $30.50 while rising trendline support from the 2022 lows compresses price into the apex. Each higher low tightens the range. Resolution is approaching within the next few months. Key Levels Breakout trigger: Weekly close above $30.50 with volume Rising trendline support: Currently ~$20–21 and climbing 30-week SMA: 27.37. Price needs to reclaim and hold this level. Current price: $23.05 Targets Ascending triangle measured move: ~$45–50 (initial target) Cup measured move: $130+ (full swing target) These targets don't contradict each other. They nest. The triangle breakout becomes the initial impulse. The cup projection becomes the larger move. What I'm Watching Volume is drying up through the consolidation. That is textbook pre-breakout behaviour. I need to see expansion on the move through $30.50. Mansfield Relative Strength (SPX, 52) sits at –4.33. BILI is still significantly underperforming the S&P 500. For this to become a high-conviction setup, RS needs to cross above zero and confirm a Weinstein Stage 2 transition. Broader China sentiment matters here. Much of the sector is correcting, including BABA. If and when China tech sentiment turns, BILI is sitting right at pattern resistance with a multi-year base underneath it. It could move fast once it goes. The Setup The structure is there. The compression is tightening. The trigger has not fired yet. A breakout through $30.50, ideally with Mansfield RS crossing zero at the same time, would confirm the pattern and the stage transition in one move.
