Village, Illinois, US.Wetoska began as the Tobin-Stahr Company, established in 1958.Wetoska Packaging Distributors’ origins date back to 1964, when the company brought in former Chicago Bear Bob Wetoska to sell Dow Chemical’s Saran S shrink meat bags to meat and cheese processors across the Chicago area.The sales effort took place as vacuum packaging began to gain broader acceptance in the 1970s.In 1987, Wetoska purchased Tobin-Stahr and changed the company name to Wetoska Packaging Distributors.The company has concentrated on packaging products and solutions for customers in the meat,
