The op shops around my area are run by charities, and actually help the community, and yes run on donations. The Salvation Army, Saint Vincent De Paul, Father O’Rileys (youth homeless), Allira House (domestic violence shelters). They sell second hand items to help boost funding from the government, they help the homeless, and help families with food and bills. This doesn’t sound like that.
