AP – SSC PublicExaminations 2026: Correction of Nominal Roll Particulars – Press Note withSchedule Released (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});ఏపీ – పదవ తరగతిపబ్లిక్ పరీక్షలు 2026: నామినల్ రోల్వివరాల సవరణ – షెడ్యూల్తో కూడిన ప్రెస్ నోట్ విడుదల ===================పదవ తరగతిపరీక్షలకు సిద్ధమవుతున్న విద్యార్థులకు, పాఠశాలయాజమాన్యాలకు పరీక్షల విభాగం కీలక సూచనలు చేసింది. నామినల్ రోల్స్లో విద్యార్థులపేరు,పుట్టిన తేదీ వంటి వివరాల్లో దొర్లిన తప్పులనుసరిదిద్దుకోవడానికి ఫిబ్రవరి 26 నుంచి 28 వరకు అవకాశం ఇచ్చింది. ఆధార్ కార్డులోని డేటా ఆధారంగానే UDISE+ పోర్టల్లో అప్డేట్ చేసుకోవచ్చని పేర్కొంది. కాగా మార్చి 16 నుంచి ఎగ్జామ్స్ ప్రారంభం అవుతాయి.===================All the Heads of Recognised Schools,Candidates, Parents and other stakeholders concerned with SSC PublicExaminations, March 2026, are hereby informed that the correction requests inClass X Nominal Roll particulars submitted by the schools through theprescribed online link for the fields of Student Name, Date of Birth, AadhaarNumber, Gender and Religion have been received and consolidated at the Statelevel. In this process, correction requests have been received from 3,497schools covering 614 mandals and 9,986 unique students across the State.After due verification of the datafurnished by the institutions, it is hereby informed that all corrections instudent particulars shall be updated strictly based on the Aadhaar detailsfurnished by the candidates. Accordingly, only those particulars which are dulymatched and verified with the Aadhaar records, namely Student Name, Date ofBirth, Gender and Aadhaar Number, will be updated in the student profilein the UDISE+ portal.The edit option in the UDISE+ portalwill be enabled only for the abovementioned Aadhaar-verified fields from26-02-2026 to 28-02-2026, and no edits shall be permitted in any other fields.The Heads of Schools shall ensure that the particulars of the concernedstudents are rectified in the UDISE+ portal strictly as per the Aadhaarparticulars.Further, correction of studentparticulars based solely on school records, without Aadhaar verification, willnot be entertained, in order to ensure authenticity, uniformity and accuracy ofstudent data in all official records. In view of the above, all Heads ofInstitutions are instructed to ensure that the school records are aligned withAadhaar particulars. In case of any errors in Aadhaar details, the studentsshall be advised to update their Aadhaar particulars to match the schoolrecords so that both records remain consistent. A final opportunity to edit thestudent particulars in UDISE+ will be provided in the last week of March 2026or First week of April 2026 for those who could not utilise the presentprovision or whose records are yet to bealigned and this shall be the lastchance and also ensure the readiness for the utilization.All the Heads of Institutions shalltreat this matter as Most Important and ensure immediate rectification ofdiscrepancies in School Records and Aadhaar particulars so as to avoid errorsin Marks Memos, Certificates and future academic records of the students.
