Ascendas Firstspace is set to acquire a significant warehousing and industrial space in Bavla, Ahmedabad. The deal is valued at Rs 275 crore. This development by Crystal Group will be delivered in stages over 18 months. The acquisition strengthens Ascendas Firstspace's logistics portfolio in Gujarat. Bavla is a key warehousing hub in Western India.
