The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal has dismissed appeals by Rajkumar Nandlal Dhoot and Pradeep Nandlal Dhoot. They challenged personal insolvency proceedings initiated by SBI. The proceedings stem from Videocon Industries' default on a Rs 5,353.78 crore loan. The Dhoot brothers were personal guarantors for the debt. NCLAT upheld NCLT orders directing insolvency against them.
