A devastating explosion at a firecracker unit in Kakinada district, Andhra Pradesh, has claimed 21 lives. The blast occurred in Vetlapalem village, Samarlakota mandal. Officials confirmed the rising death toll, including nine women. The owner of Surya Sri Fire Works was among the deceased.
