My last set of dentures were done last year. I was in the middle of a cross country move, and the practice i went through managed to coordinate all my fittings to get them done in 6 weeks. I was very thankful. I've had my dentures now for 30 years. This is the third full set. While a rush job can sometimes be needed, it definitely should take several appointments. Take your time. Get a good fit. It's worth it, because this is how you eat and a sore spot will be agony. Dentures can be very expensive but I consider every penny worth it.
