The main difference is that those booth owners aren't asking people to donate their inventory for free. They are out there buying it just like anyone else. They are buying items, cleaning and repairing them for resale. They also pay rent and commission to the store owner, so it's not all profit for them. I don't see it as that much different from buying craft supplies and making items to sell.
