The foreign semi-truck driver who couldn’t even read basic road signs was spotted barreling down Highway 61 north of Troy, Missouri, driving the wrong way on Wednesday.A driver who was nearly struck by the semi-truck driver captured footage of the ‘foreign invader’ driving southbound on the northbound.“This foreign invader was driving southbound in the northbound lane for about 3 miles.
