Honestly, even if it's not a charity and it's just a local business selling clothing and goods at wildly below market price, to make them affordable for anyone/everyone, I don't even care if they don't donate the proceeds to charity - they could be charging near market prices and turning even more of a profit, but are choosing to keep it super affordable instead. As we all know, life, unfortunately, costs money.
