Market Structure BOS/CHOCH/MSB/FVG/OB/BB |XAUUSD 4H Bullish ModeGold vs US DollarPEPPERSTONE:XAUUSDJagad_pangestuThis 4H market structure analysis of XAUUSD uses swing highs and lows to identify Break of Structure (BOS) and Change of Character (ChoCh). This helps traders determine whether momentum is bullish or bearish. This works as follows: Once a Change of Character (ChoCh) is formed (for example, at around $4,900), this signals a potential shift in trend. Consecutive BOS confirmations (around $5,020 and $5,120) then validate the new bullish structure by breaking previous swing highs and forming higher highs (HH) and higher lows (HL). As long as the price maintains this structure, the market bias remains bullish. When the price consolidates near the highs (around $5,193), the model anticipates two main scenarios: continuation after a breakout or a healthy pullback into a demand zone before continuation. Settings: Structure Detection uses swing highs and lows on the 4H timeframe to determine BOS and ChoCh. Bullish Structure Rules: Higher High (HH) and Higher Low (HL) formation confirms bullish momentum. Consecutive BOS confirmations strengthen the validity of the trend. The continuation model triggers when the price breaks and closes above the current consolidation high (e.g. above $5,200). This confirms a bullish expansion phase. Pullback model: looks for a retracement into the previous resistance turned support or demand zone (around $5,100–$5,120). Confirmation is required via a bullish candle pattern or a lower timeframe ChoCh. Retest confirmation: wait for a breakout above a key level (e.g. $5,200), then retest it as support before confirming entry. Entry types: Aggressive: Breakout entry on a strong bullish close. Moderate: Pullback into demand with confirmation. Conservative: Breakout with a confirmed retest before entry. Stop loss logic: placed below the most recent swing low, demand zone or retest low, depending on the entry type. Risk management: - Aggressive: 1–2% risk, target 1:2 to 1:3 RR - Moderate: Max. 1% risk; minimum 1:2 RR Conservative: Max. 0.5% risk; minimum 1:1.5 RR Bias: bullish while the price maintains a higher high and higher low structure. The bias will be invalidated if the price breaks below the key structural low of around $5,100–$5,120 and forms a bearish BOS.
