Warning: This is not an easy watch and I've been wrestling with whether or not to go with it in the past couple of days or so since it was requested. On the basis that Callum ended up being physically and emotionally okay on the day that this happened, I've decided to post it. I also took into account that he ran the race of his life just 12 months after this to finish 4th at Doha 2019. I also think this video serves as a good reminder of the dangers of running in such extreme heat; I thought the organisation for this marathon in these conditions was particularly appalling and the anger in Paula Radcliffe's voice rightfully and honestly reflects this. submitted by /u/appalachian_hatachi [link] [comments]
